De-escalation Approaches: Equipping organizations to effectively respond to highly escalated or agitated individuals among staff or the public.

Crisis Line Response Training: Equipping participants with the skills to effectively handle crisis calls, ensuring empathetic communication, de-escalation techniques, and appropriate referrals for individuals in distress.

Sexual Harassment: Addressing strategies for creating an environment where all staff and patrons feel safe and respected.

Domestic Violence: Understanding the impacts of domestic violence on the workplace.

Tailored sessions

All sessions will be personalized to meet your workplace needs and can range from 2 hours to 2 days.

Follow-up

After the training is completed, a video session will be scheduled with us to relay your end of training evaluation and assess any further organizational needs you may have.
